David Rozek, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with expertise in implementation science, training and mentoring, and emotional intelligence. He has designed and implemented interventions targeted to increase the effectiveness and cohesion of teams. Dr. Rozek has worked with federal, state, and private organizations to develop personalized trainings, improve training processes, and create sustainable models of change used to increase employee support and productivity.
Early on in his career, Dr. Rozek realized that there is a critical gap between businesses and researchers – often researchers have answered important questions that are frequently asked by business leaders. However, very few companies are using this data. Dr. Rozek uses this cutting-edge research in combination with AEC executives to help make teams more productive, increase work satisfaction and retention, and grow business. He approaches problems in a collaborative fashion where executives are experts on their companies and Dr. Rozek is an expert on change - together they can work to change their business.
