Stephanie’s 16 years as an environmental professional in the AEC industry span the federal, municipal, and commercial/energy markets. As an AEC firm principal and shareholder, she developed, grew, and managed projects, programs, portfolios, and business units. She is experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams executing a complex array of technical tasks including engineering, remediation, natural resources, survey and construction, while ensuring excellent client service along the way. Stephanie is also honored to serve as National Membership Director for Women's Energy Network, an international organization with over 6,000 members.
In her strategic planning role at Zweig Group, Stephanie’s passion is finding the ideal balance between the highest level of business performance and maximizing the employee experience. To this end, she is always searching for ways to optimize efficiency and sustainability, and to align processes, communications, and functionalities. Stephanie’s diverse skill set includes strategic planning, staff development, financial analysis, business development, and risk management.
